  I too had the same experience at this park. I purchased a used Trailer (and a seasonal site) and right after, the owners and staff were very rude. Even in the store. The Father, the older owner was very condencending and arrogant even the son (Jay). They acted like they were so important. Would not give you the time of day. Just horrible customer service. Actually I recall right after I purchased the trailer and new to the Park...I was driving in and saw Jay and asked him for directions...the look he gave me was as if "how dare I even to talk to someone as important as him". At the end of the season when part of my fees were due I ask if I could post date the cheque for just 2 days later. The older man (the father/owner)..gave me the most wicked look...if looks could kill...anyway I had enough and got out

  I stayed there on the July 1st long weekend 2012. Me and my two young daughters camped in a pull-through site. The site was clean, level had grass and fire pit as described. Upon arrival the young lady who checked us in was very sweet and polite. The pool has 2 lifeguards when it is full. Site was close to the road but the noise was minimal. The showers were nice and hot and there were 2 showers in men & women. The washroom were spotless and so was the laundry room. I went over to the service department/store and spoke to Scott about a problem with my trailer and he was very professional and very helpful. Thank you.
